Bluesound Node 2 is an MQA streamer which could well become the versatile centre of your home listening.
There can be little denying that music consumption and listening, in the 21st Century, has split between analogue purists coveting delicately set-up vinyl turntables and large physical collections, and at the other extereme, “media-less” systems making advantage of high-quality digital streaming services.
The Bluesound Node 2 is one of the very best Hi-Fi streaming solutions we’ve ever come across, hence we felt we should share its qualities with our Audiophile friends…
Bluesound Node 2 – “Stream music to any stereo you want”
That rather prosaic tag line somewhat encapsulates Bluesound’s approach to the design of their products; “they do exactly what it says on the tin”. The Bluesound NODE 2 is a combined, wireless Hi-Fi music streamer/DAC that does it all.
Connecting the Bluesound Node 2 to virtually any existing stereo or home theatre system is easy, thanks to an array of connections. Enjoy the freedom and ease of a world of music streaming services and internet radio stations, and, uniquely, access to MQA files.
MQA files are a format initiated by Meridian, and aims to bring Master Quality Audio files (hence the acronym) to your living room. Of all the streamers currently on the market, the Bluesound Node is one of a handful of streamers offering MQA support, and to our knowledge, the only at this price point.
Accessible and well featured
A plethora of analogue and digital input and outputs allows you to enjoy the music experience of the future, without having to jettison the media and equipment you’ve spent so many years collecting.
