Psst… do you have a Cyrus unit? Would you like an upgrade or service before Xmas? Well, if you do, you’re in luck. Cyrus want you to enjoy your hi-fi over the festive period, and so are bringing back their Festive Promise for another year running:
‘We [have made] a promise to return service units in time for Christmas provided that they reach us by a certain date. This year the final cut-off date will be Thursday 4th December. Please ensure that any service/upgrade work reaches our factory on or before this date. Anything received after the 4th December may be delayed until our Service Department re-opens in the New Year.’ – Cyrus
This year they have included their newest models on the upgrade path list, such as all pre-amps and DACs which can be upgraded to their version 2 specification; for instance: the Pre DAC can be upgraded to Pre2 DAC specs for £325 or to Pre2 DAC Qx specs for £450. And now you can also upgrade your PSX-R to PSX-R2 specs for £350. Also available are upgrades to their What Hi-Fi? Award winning Signature series, starting from just £300 (for the Stream X2). If you’re not quite looking to upgrade, but still want to spruce up your Cyrus unit in time for some winter festivities, there is servicing available on all units from just £225. 
All upgrades come with a 2 year parts and labour guarantee, and servicing comes with 6 months of the same. In essence, this is a really good way of upgrading your hi-fi – or renewing what you already have – without splashing out on the brand new units. And around Xmas, every saving helps!
