Much like their namesake, Dali have never been one to go quietly. Their entire brand is full of funky, fresh shapes and even funkier colours, designed to catch your eye just as much as they catch your ear. It was only a matter of time before they joined the soundbar market and added their own unique twist on an already unique concept. And, as the headline suggests, it’s available in a whole host of lovely colours.

See?

Those are Dali Kubik One Soundbars One soundbar, many colours. It may well be the most versatile soundbar yet in terms of looks, and it still makes all the right noises as far as a high-end hi-fi/AV brand is concerned. No more trio of black, white and maybe silver (if you’re lucky), with Dali, you nearly have the whole damn rainbow.

Yet, there’s more to this soundbar than just a pretty face. It’s one piece aluminium chassis houses all of the benefits of both the Kubik Free and the Kubik Free Xtra. It offers true audiophile sound reproduction, owed to its wood fibre cone woofers and ultra light soft dome tweeters. The tweeters are constructed of Dali’s trademark wood fibre, bringing the smallest micro detail into signal and allowing the mid-range and high-end frequencies to come alive.

So, in the Dali Kubik One Soundbar, you’ve got the pretty face, you’ve got the exceptional sound production (what else would you expect from Dali?) but the best part is the sheer flexibility. It will play from any source: wired or wireless, and can be placed pretty much anywhere. It’s pure audio-freedom, and a great way of introducing a high fidelity sound system into your space – without sacrificing too much of it.

It covers all the bases of a good, high-end bar. And then, you have the colours (some of which have pretty cool names…)

It’s a true audiophile system, a one-box solution in bar-form which comes from one of the finest audio manufacturers on earth (their floorstanders are considered some of the best in the world). And yet, it still manages to be have fun. This is something we have always loved about Dali – and this soundbar adds to that with finesse.

And now, onto the sound…

– Two 5.25” woofers / Two 25mm Ultra Light Tweeters (Dali’s trademark wood fibre based woofers)
– Low distortion, highly detailed audio reproduction, even at low volume
– Powerful magnet motor system for a closed cabinet
– Delivers a controlled but powerful audio signal that easily fills the room
– Bass level control
– Authentic bass level for music or TV listening, with Enhanced Bass

In short, they sound as good as they look. Better, in fact. This is a soundbar that could easily compete with the award winning Yamaha YSP-2500 (or even the latest YSP-2700) which only comes in black. And I hate to say it, but there is more to life than black
