Devialet Phantom I and II speakers bring a higher level of performance with a wide range of options and accessories. Devialet Phantom I range, formerly known as Phantom Premiere, sits above the Phantom II range (formerly Phantom Reactor) with a higher power, higher SPL and a larger build. Phantom II is better for compact spaces and both models support on-wall mounting (Gecko wall bracket sold separately).
Phantom II range is made up of three models the 95dB (matte black or white), 98dB (matte black or white) and 98dB Opera; these differ in power, frequency range and SPL. Devialet Phantom I range also has three models, the 103dB (light chrome or matte black), 108dB (dark chrome or gold) and 108dB Opera. These models also differ in power and sound pressure level. They’re perfect for the main left and right speakers or if you want a sound that can fill larger rooms.
Devialet Phantom II 95dB
Devialet Phantom II 95dB, formerly called Phantom Reactor 600, is an active wireless speaker designed with Devialet’s highly advanced speaker technology. The Phantom II 95dB delivers superb sound quality and features patented SAM technology which ensures spotless fidelity during playback. Whether you’re coping with transients or steady-state signal, the amount of data treated by SAM exceeds the boundaries of what was believed possible.
The Phantom II 95dB runs off a single high-frequency tweeter and dual bass drivers for a superb sound with an impressive 18-21k Hz frequency response. In addition, the speaker uses HBI technology to develop a more immersive experience for your ears which allows this small home speaker to replicate absurdly low bass that resounds outside the confines of the human ear, throughout your full body. The speaker has a total peak power output of 600w. The speaker comes in either matte black or iconic white.
Devialet Phantom II 98dB
The Devialet Phantom II 98dB hosts similar features to the Phantom II 95dB however it is more powerful with the full 98dB capability with an impressive 900w peak output power. The bass response and overall tone are superb mainly due to twin hermetically sealed woofers working together under incredible pressure resulting in smooth sub frequencies at all times. The speaker has good connectivity with Bluetooth options as well as Spotify Connect & Airplay 2. The speaker features advanced technology as such as Analogue Digital Hybrid technology, Speaker Active Matching and EVO Platform. The Phantom II 98dB again comes in either matte black or iconic white.
Devialet Phantom II 98dB Opera
The Devialet Phantom II 98dB Opera is a new addition to the range, it is the Opera version of the Phantom II 98dB above with gold leaf gills. Within the Opera range, this is the entry model sitting at 98dB with a peak power output of 900w. This Opera version features an Aluminium full-range driver for a full sound running alongside two Aluminium Bass-Drivers for smooth low-frequency information. The Opera is designed in a unique way achieving a 360° sound stage by dispersing sound in all directions for a perfectly balanced sound, unlike box speakers. The Opera range also includes all the advanced features of Phantom speakers such as analogue Digital Hybrid technology, Speaker Active Matching and EVO Platform. Premium audio quality is achieved by using Devialet’s next-gen audio processing chip to deliver improved sound quality.
Devialet Phantom I 103dB
The Devialet Phantom I 103dB formerly known as ‘Phantom Classic’, has now been upgraded and rebranded as the ‘Phantom 1 103dB’. This model features a powerful next-generation audio processing chip, which enhances heat dissipation for a top-quality audio performance with ultra-low distortion, saturation and noise. The 103dB is designed in a 3-way setup for maximum sound quality giving complete separation. It’s driven by an individual bass, midrange and high-frequency tweeter. Each one designed to best suit each frequency range it’s driving and contributing to the 2000w output power. The Phantom I 103dB now also comes in either Matte Black or Light Chrome for a modern and sleek finish.
Devialet Phantom I 108dB
The Devialet Phantom I 108dB sits at the top of the range with superb performance and amazing power levels from a compact and digitally advanced product. This speaker was formally called the “Phantom Gold”. The Phantom I 108dB includes Devialet’s advanced patented technology to provide an accurate and powerful sound with a peak output power of 4500w (Analog Digital Hybrid technology, Heart Bass Implosion technology and Speaker Active Matching software). The 108dB is also now available in both dark chrome and newly added Gold.
Devialet Phantom I 108dB Opera
The Devialet Phantom I 108dB Opera is a special Opera edition of the 108dB phantom I model above. It sits above Devialet’s Phantom II 98dB Opera with a larger build, higher power and sound pressure level. It is perfect for the main left and right speakers or if you need to fill larger rooms. It also comes with remote control. Powering this superb model is one Titanium Grade 1 Tweeter Driver, one Aluminium Mid Driver and two Aluminium Bass Drivers.
Giving a true 3-way system with outstanding performance for large spaces, it achieves a staggering 108dB at 1 meter and 1100w RMS power. The Opera range design celebrates the brand’s connection to the Paris Opera, their shared vision of excellence and strong ties to France’s musical and historical heritage. Like the Phantom I 108dB the 108dB Opera has an output power of 4500w.
