Technology is constantly adapting and changing. New things appear all the time. And, almost as opften, they disappear too. Some may have said the same about the Bluetooth Wireless Speaker. I ean, it was cool at first. But surely the novelty has worn off by now… right?

Well, actually: no. With any ‘new’ gadget, it’s only when a truly high-end (and highly respected) brand decides to launch one of their own that you know that that particular gadget is a staple, and here to stay. We can finally say that about the Wireless Speaker now that KEF has launched its own high end version.

It’s called the Muo. And it’s as cute (looking) as its name suggests. But there is nothing “cute” about the sound.

A hot follow on from the abject success of the (still new) Egg speaker, these playful and portable wirelesses were designed by Ross Lovegrove, the man behind KEF’s new flagship Muons.

They’re gorgeous. They’re versatile. They look cute and they sound big. We’re expecting big things (read: HUGE things!) but really it’s up to you to make up your own minds. You can get one for yourself in either: Sunset Orange, Light Silver, Storm Grey, Neptune Blue or Gold Horizon. And frankly they look stunning in various combinations.

But before you pick your colour, answer me this. You know how they say a picture speaks a thousand words? Well, how many words is a video worth?

We are over-the-moon that wireless speakers are becoming as advanced and as accepted as they are. The future of hi-fi has well and truly arrived, and it’s more accessible, and more lifestyle-integrated than ever before.

Want to hear it for yourself? Then give us a shout. We can’t wait to show these bad boys off, in all of their glorious colours.
