Why indeed? Everything can be bought safely online these days, right? Why leave the comfort of your home (and your hi-fi) behind when you can have it delivered at the click of a button? Yeah, you can totally do that now. But we’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, vinyl is about so much more than just the music. It’s about the experience. And hauling your arse to a record store is a really important slice of that experience.

Everything in retail has changed. Hell, everything has changed in the last however-many decades. But the vinyl experience somehow… hasn’t. Sure the technology has advanced, but we still go about it in the same old way. And that’s probably our favourite bit.
