Focal 1000 series is a beautiful integration of professional install speakers that are modern in looks with latest technology and design elements implemented. The range features both a subwoofer and wall/Ceiling mounted models.
Focal 100 technology
The Focal 1000 range is equipped with the best of Focal technologies, such as the IAL Beryllium tweeter, state-of-the-art ‘W’ cones, OPC filtering and adjustable Aluminium midrange and tweeter support.
Focal 1000 Wall models and Subwoofers
The wall-mounted models include both full range, LCR and sub-models that all fit perfectly into your integrated wall giving a modern sleek finish. The sub-model (1000 IWSUB) is a dynamic warm sounding subwoofer that integrates into the wall, making it perfect for installs and small spaces. The IWSUB is passive and features Utopia series technology to produce powerful low-ends. The IWLCR6, IWLCR5 and IWLCR are both LCR speakers and built with the installation in mind.
The IWLCR is made for left, right and centre channels; this is the largest in-wall speaker in the 1000 range with the option to add multiple IWSUB to the same channel and features a 4 x 16.5cm ‘W’ cone Bass driver, 2 x 8cm ‘W’ cone ‘M’-shaped midranges and a single 27mm pure Beryllium inverted dome tweeter.
Finally, the IW6 is an installed wall mounted full range speaker. The IW6 is great for rear channel in-wall speaker channels its the smallest in-wall speaker in the Focal 1000 range, sitting below the IWLCR6
Focal 1000 Ceiling models
The ICA6 and ICW6 are the two ceilings mounted speakers in the install range. The ICA6 is designed for a discrete installation. Similar to the ICW6 but with a driver tilt option for optimised performance. It features a 16.5cm ‘W’ Midrange/Bass and a 25mm Pure Beryllium inverted dome tweeter. The ICW6 is a fully integrated solution for high quality, audiophile-grade home cinema sound.
Finally, the ICLCR5 is a 3-way In-Ceiling Loudspeaker designed for use as an LCR front or rear speaker. This is the largest ceiling speaker in Focal’s 1000 custom install range. Both IW6 and ICW6 use a square and circular magnetic grille is supplied so you can keep the drivers covered for a discrete and seamless integration with your living room. All ceiling speakers can be installed with ease and with speed due to the quick install system, which requires no tools.
