Mission ZX range of speakers are aesthetically pleasing and deliver superb precise audio at all times. The ZX range has a good variety of speaker designs including Bookshelf, Stand Mount, Floor-standing and Centre.
Mission ZX-1 Speakers
The ZX-1 Speaker is the smallest in the range and is designed to either be stand-mounted or placed on a bookshelf. The speaker is a 2-way speaker with bass reflex enclosure design to make the most of the available space in this compact speaker. Driving the speaker is a 5.25″ Bass woofer with an aluminium cone and a 1.5″ ring dome ring treble driver for a well rounded precise sound from a small footprint. The Mission ZX1 is equipped with all of Mission’s advanced technology to deliver a high-quality audio performance.
Mission ZX-2 Speakers
The Mission ZX-2 Speaker sits above the ZX-1 and its the largest stand-mount speaker of the range. Including the same core design as the ZX-1 such as the 2-way design in a bass-reflex enclosure. However the ZX-2 has an upgraded dual 5.25” DiaDrive mid-range/bass woofers as well as advanced, aluminium matrix cones with vented chassis. The woofers move with high precision, giving an even clearer mid-range and better bass response. The ZX-2 uses an advanced 1.5” Ring Dome tweeter unit to produce a detailed and extended top-end.
Mission ZX-3 Speakers
The Mission ZX-3 Speaker is the first-floor standing speaker in the range sitting above both the ZX-1 and 2. The ZX-3 also sits below the 4 and 5 models having the advantage of the smallest footprint of the floor-standing models. The ZX-3 allows for the full floor-standing speaker advantages whilst retaining the 2-way design. Inside the ZX-3 are two 5.25″ aluminium cone woofers and 1.5″ ring dome tweeters in full 2-way style. The ZX-3 is perfect if you are looking to only fill a medium-size room but are after the floor standing stereo speaker look.
Mission ZX-4 Speakers
The Mission ZX-4 Speakers are id-leveml floor standing speakers in Mission’s ZX series. They sit above the Mission ZX3’s featuring 3 DiaDrive woofers and taller build; perfect for filling larger rooms. The ZX-4 are the first in the range to feature a 3-way design. This 3-way setup is important in these larger format speakers as it gives separation to the individual elements of the sound allowing for clearer precision and more flexibility when it comes to delivery of the music.
Driving the ZX-4 are two 5.25″ aluminium cone woofer to look after the bass frequencies, a single 5.25″ aluminium cone driver to look after the Mid-range then finally the range standard 1.5″ ring dome tweeter for the high frequencies. Overall, the ZX-4 gives a powerful yet smooth delivery of any audio thrown at it!
Mission ZX-5 Speakers
The Mission ZX-5 is the flagship model in the range being the largest floor-standing speaker and the most powerful and precise. Designed for large spaces it is capable of an impressive 144db (max SPL). Unlike the ZX-4, they feature an extra driver and an overall taller build giving a more imposing structure. To support this sturdy look, the ZX-4 is fitted with no less than two 6.5″ aluminium cone bass woofers, two 5.25″ aluminium cone midrange driver and 1 1.5″ ring dome high-frequency tweeter. Mission ZX-C1 Centre speaker
The Mission ZX-C1 is a compact centre speaker designed for home cinema use. The ZX-C1 is available in high gloss Black or White and has an attachable grille to let you choose whether you want the high-tech drivers showing or covered.
Mission ZX-C2 Centre Speaker
The Mission ZX-C2 is a 2.5-way centre speaker sitting above the ZX-C1 making it perfect for large rooms. It’s the biggest centre speaker in the centre series designed to match other ZX series speakers.
