Set Up Your Roksan Attessa Streaming Amplifier

 

Setting up your Roksan Attessa Streaming Amplifier could not be any easier. Firstly, using the App Store or Google Play store on your smartphone or smart device, download the MaestroUnite application. This app will allow you to create a system that connects your Attessa devices seamlessly, as well as keeping them up to date while they are connected to your WiFi.

 

Step One – Position Your Attessa

Ensure that your Attessa Streaming Amplifier is set on a flat, level surface and that there is space surrounding it, this will improve ventilation and your unit will function at its best. If you are pairing your streaming amplifier with the Roksan Attessa CD Transport and are choosing to stack the units, the Streaming Amplifier must always be placed on top.

Step Two – Connect Your Speakers

To connect your speakers, using premium quality cables is highly recommended. Pair the + or – terminals that are on your amplifier and speakers, with the use of banana plugs or stripped wire.

 

 

Step Three – Set Up Your Attessa

Roksan Attessa Streaming Amplifier comes with a power cable supplied, use this to connect the amplifier to the chosen mains power supply. Push the standby button to power up your Attessa Streaming Amplifier. Using your smartphone or tablet, open up the MaestroUnite application and simply follow the informative instructions until your Roksan Attessa Streaming Amplifier set-up is complete.

 

 

Step Four – Stream Your Music

For the final step, and to get you on your way to streaming your favourite music, download the BluOS Controller application from the Google Play Store or App Store. BluOS enables you to create a multi-room speaker system with BluOS compatible devices. With this fantastic feature, it is now possible to hear your music in every room!

 

 

Set Up Your Roksan Attessa Integrated Amplifier

 

Setting up your Roksan Attessa Integrated Amplifier is a breeze. Get ready to enjoy your music collection, because setting up will take hardly any time at all.

First of all, go to your smartphone or Tablets application store, Google Play for Android devices and App Store for Apple iOS devices. Now download the MaestroUnite app – this app will combine your Attessa devices into one seamless system and, while connected to the WiFi, update them whenever Attessa product updates are available.

 

Step One – Find A Space For Your Attessa

Make sure that the Attessa Integrated Amplifier is placed on a flat surface with plenty of room surrounding it for air ventilation. If you are pairing your Integrated Amplifier with the Attessa CD Transport, please place the amplifier on top of the CD Transport if you are choosing to stack the units.

 

 

Step Two – Connect Your Attessa

We recommend high-quality cables to use for connecting your speakers to the amplifier. Use either stripped wire or banana plugs to pair the + or – terminals on your amplifier and speakers.

 

 

Step Three – Finish Setting Up Your Attessa

Using the power cable supplied plug in the Attessa Integrated Amplifier to your mains power supply of choice. Then, open up your MaestroUnite application on your smartphone or tablet and follow the instructions to complete setting up your Attessa Integrated Amplifier.

 

 

Set Up Your Roksan Attessa CD Transport

 

Setting up Your Roksan Attessa CD Transport couldn’t be more quick and simple, you’ll be enjoying your CD collection in no time!

To begin setup, first you need to go to the Apple App Store or Google Play tore to download the MaestroUnite application. This app is specifically designed to aid in setting up your devices as well as connecting them to create one streamlined system. It also updates your attessa units when they need it, while connected to your WiFi.

 

Step One – Find a Level Surface

As with the other Attessa units, make sure your CD Transport is sat on a level surface, if you are pairing your CD Transport with an Attessa Amplifier, please make sure the CD transport sits below this when stacking the units. The Amplifier must always sit on top.

 

 

Step Two – Connect The Coaxial Cable

Roksan Attessa CD Transport comes with a digital coaxial cable included – connect this to your DAC or amplifiers digital coaxial port.

 

 

Step Three – Power Up The CD Transport

Connect your Roksan Attessa CD Transport to the mains power supply using the power cable supplied.

 

 

Step Four – Open the MaestroUnite App

Open up the MaestroUnite application on your smart device and follow the instructions in order to complete the setup of your new Roksan Attessa CD Transport.

 

How to Set Up Your Roksan Attessa Turntable

 

Step One – Start Setting Up Your New Attessa

Place your Roksan Attessa Turntable on a flat, level surface. To ensure you get the absolute most out of your new turntable, it is best to place your speakers on a different surface to your turntable.

 

 

Step Two – Secure Drive Belt

Make sure the drive belt is securely fitted. Sometimes, this part of the turntable might move during shipping and become detached. Now, place the turntable platter onto the orange base.

 

 

Step Three – Attach the Anti-Skate Weight

Included with your Roksan Attessa Turntable is an anti-skate weight – place this onto the second notch, sound on the side of the turntable’s tonearm.

 

 

Step Four – Remove Clamp

The tonearm on your turntable will have an orange clamp – remove this.

 

 

Step Five – Set The Tracking Weight

Turn the stylus balance to adjust the tracking weight – the recommended weight is 2g.

 

 

Step Six – Prepare the Tonearm for Play

Place one of your vinyl collection onto the platter and set the tonearm down onto the record. Ensure that the head of the cartridge is level with the record, this can be adjusted with the sliding azimuth at the rear of the tonearm.

 

 

Step Seven – Adjust Your Attessa for Passive or Active Speakers

The Roksan Attessa turntable requires adjustment depending on whether it is being used with an Attessa Amplifier/Pre-Amplifier with a built-in phono stage or an Amplifier or Active speakers without a phono stage.

– To use your Attessa Turntable with Attessa Amplifier/Pre-Amp that has a built-in phono stage, set the switch at the back of the turntable to PASSIVE and then plug in your phono cables from the Turntable to your Amp or Pre-amps phono input.

– To use the Attessa Turntable with an amplifier or active speakers without a built-in phono stage, set the switch at the back of the turntable to ACTIVE then input your RCA cabled from the Turntable to your speakers or amplifier RCA input.

 

 

Step Eight – Enjoy your Music Collection with Attessa Turntable

Finally, choose the speed to suit your records RPM and set the tonearm onto the groove closest to the edge of the vinyl. Push the lever down to start listening to your music collection.
