Atlas Equator Achromatic Turntable RCA is designed to improve the sound performance over ‘starter’ cables that are supplied with more expensive turntables.
Equator Range
The Equator Achromatic Turntable RCA is based on Atlas’ constantly multi-award winning Equator Achromatic RCA cable. It has extremely low noise, strong resistance against interference and delivers a large three-dimensional sound stage.
Continuous Signal Path
The Equator Achromatic TT cable is fitted with Atlas’ Achromatic non-magnetic RCA plugs and spade-terminated earth tags. These low-mass Achromatic connectors feature a precision calibrated, cold-weld connection that are developed to achieve a thorough and continuous signal path.
RFI Resistant
The signal conductor has a high purity Ohno Continuous Casting (OCC) copper, unlike the Element model, which uses OFC. This is insulated with a double screen that is developed to provide maximum resistance against radio frequency interference, which can raise noise levels and affect the audio quality.
