Atlas Mavros Grun USB cable is the brands first high end USB lead to feature the Grun Coherent Earthing System. Designed to get the best audio performance from file-based audio devices such as laptops, computers and streamers.
This cable is available in Type A/B or A/B or micro connectors.
What is the issue computers face?
Recently there has become an increase in awareness of how much 'noise' can impair the performance of file base playback via USB connections. Computers specifically suffer with the issue of electrical noise leakage which can impact the DAC's clock accuracy and error correction circuitry which although isn't noticeable to the ear, can compromise on dynamic range and tonal accuracy.
Grun Earthing System
Protecting your system with resistance against RFI, EMI and noise interference is one of the key elements Atlas Cables aim to provide. The Grun Earthing System provides an independent earth for the noise to be drained away to which maximises performance levels. Use the Grun lead with spade connector for the Grun connection or a Grun mains adaptor connected to either a power socket or mains block.
