Product Description
Cyrus Classic Power is a high performance stereo power amplifier designed to match other models in the Classic range and effectively replaces and improves upon the previous X Power and Stereo 200 models.
Cyrus developed this power amplifier at the same time as the Power XR and has used the design lessons learned from the XR range. The circuit has been redesigned with many components upgraded to improve performance beyond the prior Classic models.
How does it sound?
Expect an even more musical sound with flat frequency response. With a huge 408VA toroidal power supply, expect even more scale and impressive dynamics with all the emotion of the musical performance.
It can be matched with the current Cyrus Classic Pre or any other Cyrus pre amplifier - or indeed as an upgrade for any Cyrus integrated amplifier - or with a Cyrus model with pre outs and volume control.
Upgrade Option
Classic Power can be upgraded by adding the Cyrus PSX-R2 power supply upgrade and a connecting port is included for connection to this. This upgrade effectively bypasses the internal power supply and provides an even more stable and low noise supply by virtue of its separate cabinet and dedicated design.
