Product Description
Devialet Expert 210 Pro dual mono amplifier combines two Expert Pro 140 amplifiers doubling the 140W per channel into 6Ω. This dual mono setup halves Devialet's already incredibly low distortion ratings and provides additional power to each channel for even better control of your loudspeakers.
Configurability
Devialet Expert 210 offers the prowess of dual-mono amplification with option to daisy-chain up to 8 of the units. Packaged with digital coaxial cable for audio and a 3.5mm analogue for commands, there is also 2 SD cards ensuring a swift set-up. With this pair, you get an output of two times 210 watts from 6 Ohms, incredibly low THD + Noise at full power plus a signal/noise ratio of 133dB.
Expert 210 Pro Dual supports the same formats as the 140 but includes a few more inputs. With newest Devialet OS and timeless computing drive, Core Infinity exposes Expert Pro to the latest in the world of music streaming.
Core Infinity
Core Infinity is made to perform efficiently for years to come. The Quadcore ARM 1GHz processor is supported by 1GB of RAM-DDR3 memory and flash memory of 4GB. The core CPU uses an FPGA to afford supplementary computing power to Devialet OS, maximise audio signal routing and rework clock distribution for least digital jitter and substantial gain in audio quality. Future Bluetooth capabilities for Core Infinity will help make Expert Pro even more open and universal.
Digital Signal Processor
Adding another DSP to the one included in the motherboard creates additional headroom supporting future signal decoding features. Three ASRC (Asynchronous Sample Rate Converters) are incorporated offering compatibility with additional sources while the enhanced USB interface is tailored to facilitate future audio formats.
Streaming Audio
Expert Pro is capable of streaming music from any app that is compatible with UPnP. AirPlay enables you to stream your favourite music online in CD quality from any iOS/Mac OS-enabled device or via iTunes on Windows PCs and tablets. Spotify Connect lets you enjoy the perks of Spotify Premium with bespoke volume control integration and automatic wake-up function. Like other Expert Pro models, these are now also Roon ready.
