Product Description
The Devialet Gemini II earphones are now 40% smaller and 35% lighter than the previous generation. However, they still have superior immersive sound thanks to the upgraded active noise cancellation system. Moreover, the ear tips have been redesigned for better noise isolation. Additionally, they now have a protective grid. Finally, the voice coil architecture has been re-engineered and there is Android and iOS fast pairing.
Devialet active noise cancellation
The Devialet Gemini II earphones have an improved noise cancellation circuit. This comes with three levels Low, High, and Plane. There is also a Seamless Transparency Mode and patented anti-wind technology. Another improvement is the internal delay compensation. This makes the noise cancellation system more accurate and faster responding. This is especially noticeable at high frequencies.
Cascading decompression chambers
The internal structure of the Devialet Gemini II earphones includes cascading decompression chambers that maintain the correct pressure in your ears at all times. Moreover, the driver is titanium-coated which makes it highly sensitive. Playback is also enhanced by the built-in apt-X Bluetooth codec and the six-band equalizer.
More controllability
There are now in-app touch control customization options. There is also an optimized voice pass-through that makes vocals clearer if there is a lot of background noise.
Battery life and charging
The battery life, on a full charge, is six hours and the charging time is only 1.5 hours. Moreover, the charging battery case has 24 hours of autonomy. The Devialet Gemini II earphones also have a smaller charging unit, compared to the previous generation.
Why wireless earphones?
Wireless earphones are more convenient and safer than wired versions. There are no trailing wires to catch on objects and they tend to be lighter. Moreover, active noise cancellation removes any outside noise so that the music is not degraded. The Devialet Gemini II earphones have a dedicated voice microphone and optimized voice pass-through. This makes it easier to hear calls in a noisy environment.
