Focal 1000 IWLCR Utopia loudspeaker is a closed-back and bi-amplifier in wall speaker designed to deliver an unrivalled sound quality for your home cinema system.
Driver Design
The 1000 series IWLCR Utopia has four subwoofers built with Focal's 'W' cone design, a Beryllium tweeter and two midrange drivers with Focal's 'M'-shaped 'W' cones. This driver combination produces sound with absolute purity, power and accuracy.
The “W” composite sandwich cone optimises the frequency response curve through its lightness, rigidity and damping. This precise control of the “W” cone’s damping delivers entirely transparent sound that has an excellent phase response and very low distortion rate.
Fully Customisable
The midrange-treble plate uses the d'Appolito configuration so you can adjust to the listening position to get the best sound from your home. It also has the option to adjust the level of each speaker driver so you can customise your system as desired.
Home Cinema Applications
Focal's 1000 series IWLCR Utopia can be used for either the left, central or right channels in a home cinema system. You can also add multiple 1000 series IWSUB subwoofers to your speakers to add the extra oomph and deep low end.
1000 IWSUB
The 1000 IWSUB Utopia subwoofers are specially designed to be assembled with the 1000 IWLCR Utopia speakers and offer exceptional bass. On a single amplification channel, you can add one 1000 IWLCR Utopia loudspeaker with as many 1000 IWSUB Utopia subwoofers as you wish.
Magnetic Grille
A magnetic grille is supplied with the speaker so you can discretely install your speakers in your home, they're also ready to paint.
