Focal’s Chora surround sound speaker uses the same Slatefibre technology seen in other Chora drivers, which means it sonically fits with other loudspeakers in the Chora line. The Chora surrounds fit seamlessly with the Chora Centre and 826-D Atmos speakers, which delivers an immersive and consistent sound.
Slatefibre Cone Technology
Focal’s slatefibre technology uses a rigid, light-weight and dampened material, which is a recycled, non-woven, carbon fibre, sandwiched between layers of thermoplastic polymer for a smooth, precise sound.
TNF Tweeter Technology
Derived from Focal’s Utopia’s Beryllium tweeter design, the TNF tweeter uses aluminium and magnesium with a Poron suspension for an exceptionally smooth yet detailed sound with low distortion and a silky-smooth treble.
