iFi Audio iPurifier3 is a type B USB noise filter that is designed to eliminate unwanted power noise. The iPurifier3 is perfect for anyone working with USB audio that regularly battles with these irritating audio interferences.
REclock2, REgenerate2, REbalance2
iFi Audio’s state-of-the-art REclock2, REgenarate2, REbalance2 technology creates an all new signal, which eliminates jitter and removes noise interference to restore a balanced signal. This technology actually removes distortion caused by DC offset.
Active Noise Cancellation 2
The iPurifier3 uses iFi Audio’s ANC II (Active Noise Cancellation2) technology, which is based on the Thales Spectra military radar defense technology used in jet fighters, to decrease noise by 100x or -40dB in comparison to the common noise filter.
It’s a similar process to active noise-cancelling headphones whereby it generates a signal identical to that of the incoming electrical noise but in the opposite phase, actively cancelling it out.
