iFi Audio Zen Air phono stage is part of iFi Audio’s fantastic value Zen range that packs a serious amount of technology and experience into a small but perfectly formed package, at a lower price than was previously available.
MM or MC Options
The Zen Air phono stage has two in built presets for handling the different types of vinyl playback depending on which cartridge you prefer.
The MM mode is for moving magnet cartridges which output at 2mV and above where as the MC mode is designed for moving coil cartridges that output anything below 2mV, meaning that no matter what cartridge you use this phono stage has you covered.
Filtering
This phono stage includes subsonic filtering system which utilises AI to eliminate noise, rumble and hissing to near inaudible levels without detracting from the record itself, for a purer listening experience.
Custom Internals
Zen Air phono stage also features custom circuitry that brings in partners such as Panasonic and TDK to give a purer clearer sound and to make the Zen incredibly power savvy without it detracting from the star of the show – your vinyl.
