Product Description
KEF Ci130QS is a square hifi speaker featuring an ultra thin bezel for flush-mounting making it highly suitable for custom installations. KEF’s simple and smart screw down clamping system with moisture-resistant fixings means you can conveniently place these speakers in bathrooms or under eaves.
Uni-Q Driver
KEF’s exclusive Uni-Q ’sit anywhere’ driver configuration puts the tweeter in the acoustic centre of the bass/mid cone. This enables both woofer and tweeter to act as a sole, focused source that is distributed widely and evenly across the room. Experience great sound from anywhere in the listening space with no ‘sweet spot’ effect.
Easy to Install
KEF Ci130QS incorporates a super-thin bezel for flush mounting. The loudspeaker design makes it fast and effortless to install so that once the wire is run and the hole is drilled out of your ceiling, you can be up and listening in under two minutes. Complete Magnetic Circuit holds the speaker grille firmly in place.
Waveguide
KEF Ci130QS features a ‘tangerine’ waveguide with excellent wide dispersion properties for great driver protection. The front-firing woofer mounting is another KEF technology that eliminates diffraction resulting in speakers that perform fantastically regardless of placement. A new, PC-optimised trim ring offers stunning midrange clarity and a more spacious and lifelike sound across a wider area.
Special Grille
The powder-coated grille is treated with a patented process which combines with moisture-resistant fixings and other rugged materials for corrosion resistance that allows it to be used in humid and salt spray conditions such as bathrooms, near pools or beside the ocean.
New Mounting Leg
The mounting leg distributes force evenly granting fast installation with no damage to the ceiling. A bayonet-shaped PCB reinforces the speaker and guards the crossover. Grilles can be installed effortlessly even in uneven ceilings. Gold Spring terminals support up to 12-guage wire.
