Klipsch R-605FA floorstanding speakers are atmos enabled with additional upfiring drivers, making them an ideal choice for front channels in a multi-channel system, doubling as excellent speakers to enjoy music and other content.
This latest model replaces the R-625FA and represents the next step in the excellent Klipsch reference speaker range, with a range of updates improving them to deliver even better performance.
Latest Technology
On the R-605FA, Klipsch have incorporated their all new Tractrix horn which is a 90 ° by 90 ° unit that delivers a cleaner, crisper sound than ever before. This when paired with a centre speaker (such as the R-30C or R-50C) brings your setup to a new level that can’t be bested or equalled. The R-605FA delivers a truly immersive Dolby Atmos sound unlike any other, allowing you to truly indulge yourself in an audio oasis.
The R-605FA also features a brand new 1” aluminium tweeter that combined with Klipsch’s own LTS (Linear Travel Suspension) give your ears the smoothest possible sound stage that will not be jarring or fatigue inducing but a silk like feel that allows you to truly enjoy your listening time, however long it might be.
One element that has not escaped the team at Klipsch is the woofers on the R-605FA, which are now constructed of a brand new Thermoformed Crystalline Polymer (TCP) that delivers a smoother response thanks in part to changing of the attack angle of the woofers (which on this unit are dual 6.5inch units) to introduce a cleaner sound than previously possible (on previous generations of Klipsch speakers)

Klipsch have again looked towards their long heritage for inspiration of design on these speakers, with a sharp black wood grain vinyl designed to be scratch resistant as well as being able to blend into any room and the decour without being seen as noisy, allowing you to deepen your sound experience.

On the R-605FA, Klipsch have again outdone themselves with a set of speakers that are not only great sounding across the spectrum, but greener too with a power handling of 100W (continuous) and 400W (peak) making them a lot more friendly for your energy usage. Onto the frequency, where the R-605FA delivers a fantastic response spectrum of 38Hz to 21kHz (+/-3 dB) allowing for all areas of the soundstage to truly shine and come to life in a way that hasn’t been felt before.
