Mission LX Connect wireless speaker system is the first ‘True Wireless’ speaker system by Mission. The system combines the award-winning LX MKII Series speakers with innovative wireless technologies and offers a whole new level of convenience and performance.
Connectivity Hub
The Mission LX Connect speaker system comes with an advanced wireless hub that hosts all the connectivity options for your listening pleasure. The hub judiciously transmits right and left audio signals to the appropriate speaker via uncompressed, 5.8Ghz wireless audio transmission. What’s more, the LX Connect are ‘truly wireless’ audio speakers as there are no trailing cables between speakers or hub with no need for the speakers to be connected via a cable.
Inverted Driver Geometry
The Mission LX Connect speaker system is based on the mission LX-2 MKII speakers with specially engineered digital amplification modules that offer 60w from each cabinet (120w per system). The LX Connect speaker maintains the Mission trademark ‘Inverted Driver Geometry’ design that’s crossover has been meticulously designed and precision-tuned to yield improved transient attack with astonishing detail. Additionally, Mission DiaDrive units deliver next-level control of the low-frequency diaphragm, meanwhile, a re-engineered cabinet bracing system further helps to create a speaker that outperforms its price class.
Central Console for All your Music
Mission MX Connect hub acts as a central console for all your music sources including coax, digital, optical and analog inputs. Moreover, a dedicated HDMI ARC connection brings high fidelity and performance for TV, movies, and games while Bluetooth aptX allows hi-resolution streaming audio from tablets and smartphones. The LX Connect hub is a high spec standalone audio hub in its own right.
High Proformance USB DAC
Mission has designed the LX Connect as a high performance USB DAC, equipped with ESS Sabre32 ES9018K2M Reference DAC and an audiophile grade headphone amplifier that can surpass dedicated headphone amp/DAC combinations at its price point.
