Product Description
Ortofon Mono CG 65 MkII is an SPU-style Moving Coil (MC) type cartridge, specifically for reproducing early 78rpm and 65µm mono recordings. The CG 65 MkII uses a spherical stylus which results in a highly authentic method for the playback of early vinyl recordings, resulting in a remarkable level of sound accuracy, irrespective of the materials used to construct the record. The cartridge features a 1.5mV output, which makes it suitable for use with a variety of medium-gain moving coil transformers.
