Pro-Ject Amp Box DS2 Mono Power Amplifier is built around a highly efficient, low-energy Class D amplifier module that delivers high output power, giving it the ability to drive even very demanding speakers. This simple yet effective single-channel power amplifier is capable of delivering a very clean, pure sound performance with minimal electrical interferences.

The Amp Box DS2 Mono meets Pro-Ject’s exacting standards for sonic ability, which results in a spacious soundstage that picks up on fine dynamic details and provides plenty of power to fill a typical listening room with sound.
The design team took inspiration from tube amplifiers when designing all their amplifiers, resulting in a realistic, musical performance. The sophisticated internal design of the Amp Box DS2 Mono uses a four-layer PCB, which accounts for the noticeable upgrade in sound quality compared to the previous Amp Box DS.
Easy Integration
For easy integration into a system, the Amp Box DS2 Mono has two isolated speaker terminals on the back panel, and a Loop Output for passing the audio signal onto another device. The trigger link allows for the amplifier to be turned on when a connected Pre Box DS2 is switched on, making operation even easier.
The Amp Box DS2 Mono perfectly complements the DS2 pre-amplifier models, but its sound quality and efficiency also makes them viable for other types of systems.
