Trinnov Audio Amethyst Pre Amplifier is Trinnov's flagship pre amp designed to deliver an audiophile grade stereo performance. It houses a magnitude of functions and inputs to give you all you need for the perfect home cinema pre amp.
Why the Amethyst Preamp?
Trinnov Amethyst preamp has eleven inputs, an innovative hybrid phono preamp, a network renderer, a 24 bit/192kHz DAC, a 2-way intelligent active crossover engine and the world's most advanced speaker/room correction system, the Trinnov Optimiser. The Amethyst preamp also has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity, making it the perfect centrepiece of any traditional or modern Hi-Fi system.
Room Correction System
Trinnov's Amethyst preamp is highly accurate, transparent and provides excellent stereo playback through its state-of-the-art room correction system, which makes the most out of your loudspeakers. The built-in state-of-the-art room correction system enables you to accurately adjust sound to match your listening environment.
Remote Controlled
You can control the Amethyst Pre amp with any tablet, smartphone or laptop over a local network, connection is available via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. The Amethyst can also act as its own Wi-Fi access point and is a network UPnP/DLNA player. An Infrared remote is also provided for a more conventional operation.
Inputs and Outputs
Trinnov's Amethyst pre amplifier boasts a whopping 11 input channels so you can connect all your sources from your gaming console to your DVD player. The preamp also provides four output channels for stereo playback, enabling active crossovers, for bi amplified speakers, or bass management to drive one or two subwoofers.
Roon Ready
The Amethyst pre amp is a Roon Ready network player, which enables you to stream hi-res music through its direct Roon interface.
