Product Description
Wyrestorm 24Gbps 4K HDR 4:4:4 60Hz Active Optical HDMI Cable with Detachable Head is a 4 core CPR rated cable that has been designed for the future of 4K and 5K HDR content. This 24Gbps active optical cable is able to deliver both uncompressed HDMI content up to 24Gbps and is compatible with emerging HDMI technology such as ALLM (auto low latency mode) and VRR (variable refresh rate).
HDMI Communication
The 24Gbps active optical cable’s true native HDMI communication promises ARC and CEC communication between compatible devices and can be used in environments with excess RF or EM interference. The cable comes with a backup power injection using a micro USB cable (supplied) for source devices that aren’t able to provide enough power.
Design
The design on the cable includes strong Kevlar protected communication cores and high quality aluminum construction with a TX head Fixed Type-D head with a detachable Type-A head on the RX side. This cable can also be used anywhere a CPR fire rating is required.
