Product Description
Bluesound Pulse Sub + is a compact wireless powered subwoofer designed to be used with Bluesound wireless speakers, amplifiers and streamers. It is a step above Bluesound’s Pulse Sub with an improved amplifier and larger woofer size.
What is The Bluesound Pulse Sub+?
The Pulse Sub + features an eight-inch woofer as well as a smart DSP amplifier that gives150 watts of deep, tight, detailed bass, that can get down to 22Hz with no distortion. This is perfect for any type of sound in your home system. The wireless connectivity and stylish, unobtrusive design enables you to place the sub anywhere in your home without the worry of cluttered cables or space.
BluOS app
The BluOS app allows you to set up to use almost instantly and gives you volume, phase adjustment and crossover controls at the touch of a button from your phone.
Flexible Installation
The Pulse Sub+ includes magnetic rubber feet and a bracket with custom-mounting to give you the choice to install the Bluesound Pulse Sub+ anywhere in your room. Its compact build lets you place it behind or beside any type of furniture, even laid down under your couch.
For even more bass, a second Pulse Sub+ can be installed and controlled via the BluOS Controller App.
How Do You Connect your Pulse Sub+ Wirelessly?
Using the BluOS Controller App, open the player drawer with the Rooms button in the top right corner. Scroll and select Add A Player to begin setup. Next, from the Select player window, choose ‘PULSE SUB+ hotspot’. Now select your WiFi network from the dropdown menu that is on the Choose a WiFi Network screen.
If your WiFi is not on the screen, simply select Manual SSID Entry, enter the SSID and choose the network security type. Input your password and press OK. Enter your player name or room location name and press OK.
The Setup Complete screen should now be displayed. The two options to select from are Use Without Pairing - this is for use when connecting your Sub+ to a player via subwoofer cable. The second option is Start Pairing - select the player you wish to pair with and press Continue.
Once the Pairing Complete page is displayed, tap Finish.
