Headphone Amplifiers - PS Audio
A dedicated headphone amplifier is designed to get the best possible sound from your headphones. In contrast, the headphones socket on many amplifiers, portable players, smartphones and hi-fi sources (streamer, CD player, etc) are designed with cost rather than performance in mind and aren't often optimised to get the best sound from your headphones. In contrast, these dedicated headphone amplifiers (either portable or desktop) are designed to properly drive and get the best sound from your headphones. We also sell a comprehensive range of open headphones, closed headphones and earphones. We are passionate about headphones and if you're not sure what headphone amp or headphones to choose, please call or e-mail for advice. We also have many of these models on demo in our showroom
