Akurate upgrades
These upgrades include the Kore sub-chassis and precision machined armboard, dedicated Lingo power supply, Akito tonearm and Klyde phono cartridge, upgrades that combine to deliver stunning performance and musicality.
LP12 Akurate delivers performance beyond the Majik LP12, at a price lower than the flagship Akurate LP12 (which costs over £15,000), making this Akurate LP12 turntable package incredible value for a high end turntable package.
This Akurate LP12 package includes:
- Sondek LP12 turntable base (available in 5 wood finishes)
- Kore sub-chassis and armboard
- Lingo power supply and motor control unit for the AC motor
- Akito tonearm
- Klyde MC phono cartridge
Future upgrade paths
The beauty of the modular design of the LP12 is that whether you come into LP12 ownership at Majik level or Akurate level, you can build on the platform in future with further LP12 upgrades. The beauty of this is that you can own the Akurate LP12 now and upgrade to Klimax spec progressively in future, if desired.
Whether you plan to upgrade in future or not, just having this option is a massive benefit over other turntable models where you'd have to sell and replace the entire turntable to upgrade.
Beautifully finished
Akurate LP12 is available with a choice of 5 solid wood plinths: Black Ash, Cherry, Oak, Rosenut and Walnut. A custom wood finish service is also available from Linn - please contact us for pricing.
Dedicated phono stage
If you have an existing hi-fi system, you can partner the Akurate LP12 with the dedicated Linn Uphorik phono stage for best performance. If you are building a vinyl system from scratch, we recommend partnering the Akurate LP12 with Linn Akurate DSM (amplifier which also offers streaming capabilities) and Linn Akurate speakers.
