Seriously Stable and Well Built
The plinth and platter are both machined from solid aluminium, and rests on 3 adjustable isolated feet, to ensure the optimum stability for your record playback, clear from resonance and noise.
Precision Tracking
The No 5105 turntable is fitted with an ultra-light 10” high gloss carbon fibre tonearm that provides excellent cartridge stability, which results in the ability to pick up all the subtle musical details that are stored in the record's grooves, making sure you hear every note. The integrated bubble level also adds to the perfect precision.
Superior Sound Reproduction
The Mark Levinson No 5105 turntable achieves a wide and deep 3D sound stage due to a custom gimbal that provides movement with extremely low-friction, both horizontally and vertically. You can listen to music the way it was meant to be heard!
No Heat, Ultra Stable
The No 5105 uses a 12V synchronous motor with a digital control circuit that generates nearly no heat; which results in no temperature drift, better speed stability and low wow and flutter.
Optional Ortofon Cartridge
You can choose to have an Ortofon Quintet Black MC Cartridge factory installed when you order this turntable, which has been expertly matched so that the performance is optimized. However, you can choose to use your own MC cartridge if you wish.
