Product Description
Remarkable Quad hifi package, ideal for vinyl lovers, incorporating a pair of ESL-2912 electrostatic speakers powered by a pair of Forty Mono Valve Power Amplifiers and QC24 Valve pre amp for superior performance.
ESL 2912
Quad ESL-2912 electrostatic loudspeakers are Quad's flagship model and replace the ESL-2905, the latest in a long line of well respected speakers that Quad are best known for, back to the original ESL-57 that made its debut back in 1956. Improvements over their predecessor include a better power supply, new acoustically transparent grille and wood finish on the top and sides of the bases.
Forty Valve
Quad II Forty mono monoblock power amplifiers shares the sophisticated elegance of the original Quad II from the 1950's, but its been updated, to be more refined, with an excellent build quality and finish. Quad II-forty has larger output valves, KT88s and sturdy power supply utilising a 5U4G rectifier valve.
QC24
Quad QC-24 valve phono stage is a dedicated solution for the vinyl enthusiast designed by valve supremo Tim DeParavicini. Add an entirely new dimension to your vinyl recordings. Quad QC24 has a rear MM/MC toggle switch, choice of input sensitivities and direct full or variable level output for directly connecting a power amplifier.
