13" High-Excursion SVS Driver

13"SVS driver delivers extreme low frequency output while preserving crisp speed in transients with accuracy. An aluminum vented cone with remarkable robustness to mass ratio and a patented injection molded high-excursion surround for smooth and controlled pistonic motion. Flat split-wind voice coil gives ample, on-demand power while lowering mass and increasing complete driver efficiency. The driver features a lightweight aluminum vented cone with composite fiber dustcap and long-throw parabolic surround and injection molded gasket. The result is ground-shaking output with incredibly precise response as the music, movie or other content most demands. Dual ferrite magnet motor assembly weighing nearly 25lbs creates large current for the deepest, most authentic and exact bass possible from a 13" driver.

Sledge STA-800D2 Amplifier

Sledge STA-800D2 amplifier, rated at 800W RMS, 2500W+ peak power, optimises the total potential of the 13" driver with ample power and absolute control. The design pairs Class D amplifier efficiency with the ability to move colossal current through wholly discrete MOSFETs for realistic subwoofer performance at all drive levels. Sophisticated 50Mhz high-res Analog Devices Audio DSP is the most sophisticated digital processor ever used in a subwoofer and retains pinpoint accuracy and clear sound quality through complex in-room tuning, maximised frequency response curves, dynamic DSP controls and more.

SVS Dual Port Cabinet Design

PB-3000 is the first SVS sub with a dual port cabinet design for optimal airflow, driver motion and amp power, while preventing port turbulence. Foam port plugs, supplied as standard, permit variable port tuning and each response curve (standard and sealed) is fully set to the respective mode for balanced and precise low-frequency response.

PB-3000 Smartphone App

The app is the most useful way to control volume, access multiple DSP functions and program custom presets for one-touch tuning. Adjust crossover frequencies, three-band parametric EQ, polarity, room gain and more from your favorite seat. Bluetooth function grants full control, even when the subwoofer is out of sight and bi-directional feedback displays adjustments on both the app and rear panel subwoofer interface. 3-band parametric EQ controller allows you to adjust frequency slope and Q factor down to single Hz level with four different slopes to enhance performance by removing peaks, nulls, and other room issues. Variable Port Tuning for “Standard” and “Sealed” allow tuning for top output or deep bass extension and transient speed via included port plugs.

Intelligent Control Interface

Designed for the 3000 Series, the first ever SVS ICI (Intelligent Control Interface) on the rear controls the subwoofer’s most vital functions. Adjustments to volume can be made to suit listening preferences and content. Other features include a low pass filter for even sonic transitions and flawless blending with loudspeakers and phase control to align the subwoofer's timing with key speakers or supplementary subwoofers.

Acoustically Inert Rigid Cabinet

Double-thickness MDF baffle and extensive internal bracing in the acoustically maximised PB-3000 Series cabinet create a resonance-free setting for superior subwoofer performance. Acoustic insulation reduces cabinet coloration or resonance even whilst playing deepest lows at reference volume. A protective, non-resonant steel mesh grille and custom elastomer feet are included for eliminating noise artifacts within a room.
