Tannoy's Legacy range is a recreation of their original "Legacy" loudspeakers from the 1970's. With more than a nod to retro styling, the Cheviot is the smallest in the range however by modern standards you would not consider this a "small speaker" - which is a good thing as larger woofers move more air. A direct link back to the golden age of British Hi-Fi this speaker will impress anyone who gives them a listen. -Richard

Tannoy Legacy Cheviot Speakers (Pair) is the smallest floorstanding model in the Legacy Series, sitting in between the Eaton and Arden designs. Like its brothers, the model pays homage to Tannoy’s much-loved HPD models from the 1970’s which set the standard for bringing studio sound quality into the home.
The Legacy range sits just below the Prestige range, and showcases a nod to the original Legacy series. The Cheviot enjoys added details such as a 12-inch driver and two band energy control with boost and accentuation control to fine-tune the speakers to their environment.
