Air Motion Transformer
Wharfedale EVO 4.CS employs a specially engineered AMT (Air Motion Transformer) transducer for its patented and smooth high frequency reproduction. Compared to a typical soft dome tweeter, the AMT deisgn lets a higher air volume move during performance. This results in point-source HF reproduction with lower distortion.
Weaved Kevlar Cones
Articulate and precise bass is refined by the bi-directional weaved Kevlar cones which is innately self-damping to lower and distribute resonances to almost negligible levels. Cabinet technology similar to Elysian provides a stable and solid foundation for the drivers with radiused edges to help integrate the driver output with the room acoustics.

5 stars for the sound.
Replacing Tannoy XTC
it's not sounding boxy like the Tannoy, the Evo has more of a cinematic performance.
3 stars for the the build quality.
I already own the Evo 4.4 which have no issues.
The Wharfedale badge was wonky so I had to break it off and reattach it with glue.
