Atlas EOS Modular 4.0 Mains Block 6 Way is exactly what you need to ensure your hifi or home cinema system is protected against noise interference caused by electronics. Due to the excess of electronic items we all have in our homes now, a lot of unwanted electronic noise is caused.
The EOS Modular 4.0 mains block is a sophisticated piece of equipment with multiple sockets designed to for more powerful items like amplifiers. Alongside this it features filters to process low-signal items like CD players and DACS.
Strong Foundation
The EOS Modular 4.0 mains block has a strong foundation. The block features internal wiring that uses Atlas EOd 4dd PTFE power cable to ensure the power transmission between each socket outlet and the incoming electricity supply is matched when it's connected to the wall.
This mains block is shielded with heavy duty materials; constructed using a welded steel chassis with anti-vibration contact damping and is compatible with optional filtered sockets. Only the highest quality components have been used, with the filtering circuit board being of robust hard-wearing design with gold-plated connections.
Atlas SSD
The Atlast EOS Modular 4.0 mains block use a technique called sequential socket decoupling to ensure that even those sockets that do not need to be filtered enjoy a degree of interference-free operation. This means that all the sockets in the mains block perform identically, which differs to how typical domestic blocks work where the sockets nearest the cable entry generally perform better because the impedance rises as resisting losses accumulate on each ‘daisy-chained’ socket.
Maximum Protection Against Interference
The EOS 4.0 Modular Block offers the maximum protection against interference. Atlas have made sure not to include neon power indicators on the mains block as they can tend to be a source of noise themselves. The Eos Modular 4.0 block is recommended to use as part of a full Power Management System, where it will maintain upmost integrity against Radio Frequency Interference and Electro Magnetic Interference to minimise noise levels.
