Pro-Ject Stream Box S2 is a premium network audio streamer capable of processing high-res data up-to 24-bit/192kHz. With simplicity and sound quality at its heart, Stream Box S2 makes playing your music easy whether it’s stored on your phone, NAS drive or simply streamed using the most recognised subscription streaming platforms.
Multi-room
Multiple Stream Box S2’s can effortlessly create a multi-room setup while two units can be linked to build a stereo pair (assigned left/right channels). As well as the wireless and wired network connection options, there are three audio outputs; fixed line-level (RCA pair), variable (minijack) or digital transmission for use as a classic source, with powered speakers/ power amps or connection straight to a dedicated DAC respectively.
Connectivity
Stream Box S2 is simple to set-up and link to the network and is totally controlled by Pro-Ject’s new free iOS and Android App, “Pro-Ject Stream S2”. Boasting complete Tidal integration within the app interface and Spotify Connect built-in, radio fans have the option of TuneIn, the popular internet radio streaming platform. Line in introduces traditional sources to your streaming steup and a USB input for playback direct from a hard drive.
