PS Audio P20 Power Plant Regenerator is PS Audio’s flagship model and produces the cleanest possible power for your hi-fi and AV system. The P20 is the most powerful AC regenerator in the range delivering 2000 watts of pure, protected regenerated power and capable of driving any system.
2000W Capacity
The P20 has an impressive 2000W capacity over its 13 outlets (including 4 high current), which is capable of powering even the most demanding and high power system. For the best performance from the P20, use this regenerator in conjunction with PS Audio mains cables.
DSD Engine
The P20 is a DirectStream Power Plant that uses a new DSD engine to generate the output signal. This DSD engine works like an analogue generator to bring about new levels of purity and clean power. Its output comes directly from it's internal low impedance sine wave generator rather than through miles of noisy power lines.
Improved Dynamics
The P20 Power Plant ensures dynamic AC regulation through low impedance. It provides twice the amount of power and has twice the amount of amplification than in a much larger unit, which enjoys half the impedance. This results in an open, spacious soundstage and dynamic performance. The P20 brings new life in to your set up and eliminates issues such as dynamic fluctuation and drops that may have been impairing sound quality
Regenerated Power
After converting the low quality AC into DC, PS Audio's patented technology then regulates the AC power. It is powered from a low distortion sine wave generator, which is controlled by the touchscreen on the front of the power plant. Once this regulation process is complete, a power supply can be delivered free from distortion, fluctuating dynamics, low voltage, sagging power and electronic noise.
